Magic Uncorked (Monday, December 7th, 6-9:30pm), $35
Our quarterly magic show has officially become a thing, with every single show having sold out! We’re delighted to host new and returning magicians for an evening of wonder and joy. We’re revamped our format by adding more magicians and making the experience a bit more intimate. A group of magicians will be performing walkaround magic in the shop throughout the evening, and there will be two magicians performing 30 minute seated parlor shows in the “Vinum Lounge” for an intimate crowd of 30 guests. You’ll see each parlor magician once, and enjoy the close-up magic when you’re not in the lounge.
When you reserve your ticket, you’ll select “Group A” or “Group B” to pick which times you’ll see the seated parlor shows.
Here is some information about the magicians:
Craig Martin is a uniquely skilled corporate magician and illusionist who specializes in transforming standard events into unforgettable experiences. With a performance style he defines as "Business Magic," Craig seamlessly weaves a client’s core message, product, or branding into a highly visual and comedic show that not only astonishes audiences but also reinforces key objectives.
What sets Craig apart is a background steeped in discipline and execution. His 25-year tenure with the United States Army, where he was responsible for the medical readiness of over 4,000 soldiers across the South Pacific, instilled in him a profound understanding of teamwork, strategic communication, and mission accomplishment. He brings this same level of professionalism, precision, and goal-oriented focus to every stage he commands.
Craig’s expertise has made him the entertainer of choice for a diverse portfolio of prestigious corporate clients, including: Amazon, PDX, Home Depot, Microsoft, Costco, Pepsi, Renewal by Anderson, Marriott International, WebMD and a host of other brands.
Now performing nationwide, Craig Martin is the premier choice for companies seeking to elevate their corporate galas, national sales meetings, product launches, and executive retreats. His act is more than magic; it’s a powerful tool for engagement, ensuring your message is not just heard, but remembered.
Award winning magician Seren Goldsmith will leave you laughing and amazed with her unique blend of comedy and magic (science?). Is it really magic, or an example of Clarke's 3rd law? Come judge for yourself! Side effects of experiments may include laughter, confusion, and mild drooling.
Jacob Grier is a close-up magician, writer, and bartender in Portland, Oregon. A frequent street performer at events such as First Thursday in the Pearl and Last Thursday on Alberta, he also performs at private events and can occasionally be found slinging drinks at The Multnomah Whiskey Library. Among other books, he is the coauthor of "Raising the Bar," an acclaimed guide to home bartending.
ROBERT LANE
A second-generation magician born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Robert Lane has been astonishing audiences with classic sleight of hand for decades. As the resident magician at a Red Robin in Southern Oregon for 20 years, Robert perfected table-side prestidigitation and fast-paced crowd connection across thousands of live interactions. Now based in Portland, he specializes in corporate events, trade shows, and private gatherings across the region—delighting audiences with pure skill, sharp interactive magic, and impossible moments happening right in front of their eyes.
John Stevens is a magician and mentalist who goes beyond illusion and weaves them into stories. With a unique blend of mystery, psychology, and theatrical flair, John invites audiences into a world where the impossible becomes a mirror, reflecting the wonder, emotions, and connections we all share.
His performances aren’t just about tricks; they’re about truths—those found in laughter, surprise, and the moments when we all feel part of something bigger. Whether on stage or in an intimate setting, John uses magic as a language to remind us that, at our core, we are more alike than different.
A storyteller at heart and a mind-reader and magician by craft, John doesn’t just entertain—he shows how we all are connected.
Louie is the consummate kid that never grew up and it’s evident as you watch him interact with audiences of all ages. He is living his childhood dream of being a magician.
As a kid he realized that he excelled at all of the things that adults told him were a waste of time. Instead of playing baseball in high school, Louie built himself a rickety table and rode the bus into downtown to perform magic tricks on the street corner and got paid by “passing the hat”. He’s come a long way since then.
The Society of American Magicians voted Louie The Best Stage Magician and Best Close-Up Magician in Minnesota in 1996. Within the magic community Louie is known as a magic trick inventor, having published over 100 unique magic tricks! He also creates and fabricates props that have been used by Sofia Vegara in the Movie Machete Kills, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Shanghai Disneyland and hundreds of magicians around the world!
Louie is also a Two Time Guinness World Record Holder and has been on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, The CW Network’s Masters of Illusion, the Emmy award winning television show How ‘Bout That, Otra Movida TV in Spain, and in London’s Guardian Newspaper!
When not performing onstage Louie is an avid hockey fan and spends way too much time training his cat to do tricks.
