Saint Hilaire is named after the abbey where sparkling wine was first discovered in 1531. Monthly selections will include two sparkling wines (usually one traditional method and one ancestral method). We are dedicated to bringing you stellar bubbles that are far more affordable than those from the region in France that begins with a “C” (not that there’s anything wrong with that place).
